Eunique Associates’ founder, president and CEO, Eunice Darlene Smith, is a recognized expert for her work in training and consulting in technology. She founded her company in 2001 with a commitment to provide high impact training and consulting services. Eunique Associates is a Black-American, 100 percent woman-owned and managed company and is registered through ProNet and Central Contractor Registration (CCR).

Eunice has 20 years of award-winning experience in leading corporate technology training departments and programs with Fortune 500 companies Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin. In addition, Eunice trained Lockheed Martin’s customers, United States Air Force and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) employees and subcontractors: Nortel, Williams Communications. She has developed award-winning technology training programs throughout corporations across the United States which has greatly maximized workforce performance. Eunice has received the highest awards from technology training departments given by Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin.

Eunice is a graduate of Regis University (BA) and a candidate for a Masters of Science (MS), University of Denver and has completed executive training at the National Training Laboratory (NTL), Professional Management and Leadership Training with the American Management Association and Martin Marietta Leadership Institute in Denver.
